Who Am i?
They always say when you reach middle age as a man, you either get very into WWII history or you get into smoking meat. Let me just say I was never the biggest buff on history so I went where life took me! I work as a traveling sales rep which means I eat a lot on the road. My go to snack has always been beef jerky and to be totally honest, I never enjoyed my options unless I found something local and homemade.
Mack Snack Beef Jerky was born.
I pride myself on being a decent home cook, so why not make it myself! This is that brain child from that fever dream.
